• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Your VIP tier is determined by your gaming activity. The more active you are, the faster you can reach a higher tier.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the relevant bonus and any associated winnings will be voided. 9a99 reserves the right to make the final decision on such matters.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 9a99 are considered final and irreversible once confirmed. In the event of a technical error or incorrect odds being displayed, 9a99 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and withhold payment at the incorrect odds.

6.2 Sports Betting

When betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football, and other sports, the specific rules for each event must be followed. A refund policy will apply if a match is cancelled or abandoned.

6.3 Live Casino and Slot Games

6.4 Network Disconnection
